A shade born from contradiction

Midnight Rose was the first shade our founder Élise Morel ever created. She wanted something that could do what no other red could — read as deep and romantic on cool skin, warm and alive on dark skin, and quietly devastating on everything in between.

The result is a crimson with a cool violet heart — not quite red, not quite berry. The shade that started LUMIÈRE, and now lives across the entire collection.
